All players must be 21 years or older to register in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
What documents do I need for KYC verification?

You'll need to upload one government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, Postal ID, or UMID) and proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence). Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. You can deposit and play while verification is pending, but withdrawals require a fully verified account.

Can I have multiple 999php accounts?
No. 999php strictly prohibits multiple accounts per person. Each player is allowed one active account only, identified by unique personal information, mobile number, and email address. Creating duplicate accounts violates our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses. If you accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately to resolve the issue before it's flagged by our security systems.
How do I close my 999php account?
If you wish to close your account, contact our customer support team via live chat or email and request account closure. You'll need to provide your registered email address and reason for closure. For responsible gaming concerns, consider using our self-exclusion tools instead, which allow you to take a break without permanently closing your account. Account closure requests are processed within 72 hours.
Why can't I log in to my 999php account?
Login issues can occur for several reasons: incorrect username or password, account temporarily locked due to multiple failed login attempts, account under KYC review, or account suspended for Terms & Conditions violations. First, try resetting your password. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache and cookies or try a different browser or device. If you're still unable to log in, contact 999php support via live chat with your registered email address, and our team will investigate and assist you immediately.
